<description>I hate to point out the obvious, but I just don’t know what all the fuss is about.

It seems that in the past we have had a lot of people in our homes, and on our property that were uninvited. When one considers the landscapers, the plumbers, the inspectors, and the developers subcontractors (who on occasion has demonstrated carrying signboard in front of our Rec. centers), you would have to conclude we have no authority what so ever to control who or when strangers may come and go as they please.

So - what’s the problem? Just because they “dared” knock on our door to ask a few question’s or to offer help to those who want to get to the polls, but can’t?

Let it go!! The last thing we need around here is ANOTHER cat fight.

<description>In response to the outrageous explosions by David Berman and Carl Weinstein, let me state that I, Kay Frank, posted the above article about non-resident solicitors in SCA.

I revised the posting when more information was available as reflected above, but since I had input from multiple VOICE members, I posted using the VOICE account. That is what we do at AV, and I remind readers that AV is the only website operated by a group of professionals. We are your professional team that works to oppose SCA mismanagement.

The Security Patrol has made it clear that criminals are targeting our senior resident community to gain illegal entry to our homes. The key point is that I, and many other SCA residents, are totally opposed to encouraging any outsiders to solicit for any reason.
That goes for ALL political parties and businesses.

SCA homeowners are welcome at our doors, but non-resident soliciting is always unwelcome. That is our AV opinion, and we are entitled to state it without being harassed.
