Vote Smart

For those who have called and/or may be wondering: I was invited, but elected to not place any re-election information on David and Roz Berman’s Unity Slate blog.
I want nothing to do with the site and the people who have developed and promoted SCA political parties and slate campaigns. Slate politics and politics of personal destruction have done our community great damage. These practices should be rejected by all SCA members.
I urge all SCA members to get to know all of the candidates. Make individual choices for whom you will trust to assess and spend your hard-earned money to maintain and grow our community. History shows that only when electing directors do you have any real power to make a difference for the next year or two.
Spend a little time to get to know the character, ethics and business management qualifications of each candidate, and then, VOTE SMART.
Sincerely,
Bob Frank
SCA Director

It’s difficult for me to believe that anyone would lend any credence whatsoever to anything David Berman had to say, on his blog or otherwise. Whenever an attorney is disciplined, that becomes a matter of public record, and Berman’s unprofessional and unethical conduct that got him suspended from practicing law can not be ignored. You tell me, can you change the spots on a leopard?

Mark,
It is very obvious that one cannot change the spots on a leopard. Why the personal attacks? Your spots never change either, you have been running with this old information so long. You know that personal attacks this early in the campaign generally backfire.

Bob Frank,
You state: “…and politics of personal destruction have done our community great damage….” Yes it has, and you are the greatest purveyor of that. Your newspaper inserts and articles, have done more damage to our community than all of the things that you continued to rail about. You still have yet to prove any of your accusations. You make it sound like this community is one of the worst in the country, but when it comes to the campaign, you smooth talk with the best of them.
You proudly boast of being a co-founder of the ill-fated Business Development Club. Might have been a great club until you and Ron Morse decided that you didn’t have to follow your charter, and bucked the Board of Directors. Great business leadership!
No Thanks!

Chuck Davis;
I see you’re up to your usual rants. You make them claim that “bucking” the Board of Directors (meaning Favil West), was some how ill advised.
One of your buddies - David Berman said he quit the board because he could not stomach the way Favil ran things and kept secrets from the other board members.
Which bed do you sleep in?
