The drawings of Rec 3 on display in Liberty center are dated 2007, and they show solar panels on the south elevation. Obviously, Pulte planned on installing solar panels long before our illustrious board decided to give Pulte the 1.375 million. Obviously they were going to do that on their own dime. It was not until October 2008, a year after the drawings, that Roz Berman signed an agreement with Pulte to spend our 1.375 million to ‘green up’ Rec 3. If that’s not a gift what is it?

So, for the umpteenth time, would someone please tell me what we bought with our 1.375 million? Where are the documents? Don’t exist you say? Can’t find them? That seems to be the case with all of the transactions pertaining to the missing 1.375M…all handshake agreements, word of mouth. That’s a violation of the law, plain and simple, and no amount of spin by the Berman’s can alter that fact. It’s long past time for the residents to express their concern about our fiscal mismanagement.
