The pending decision on what to do about the failed status of Tirzo’s Bistro reminds us of the approach that Director Bob Frank submitted in writing (and was summarily rejected) by the Board majority in August 2008.  Trumpets Lease Proposal

Hindsight shows it deserved a much better reception.  There are many elements of that proposal that could be considered if the current lessee is placed in breach of contract.
