Director/Attorney/Judge Ann Small Blows It Again?

that Director Ann Small has once again demonstrated her lack of knowledge of SCA’s CC&Rs, her unconcern for the plight of villas owners, her consistent refusal to accept the individual responsibilities of a SCA Director, and her basic lack of common sense.  Go to the following link for the details, or review the following copy.   Ann Small Shows Ignorance?

How could Attorney Ann Small not know that the villas have a CONTRACT with the Board to maintain all of the property outside of the homes?  And, why would a competent SCA director not move immediately to demand that RMI do its job and correct the reported failure?

Finally, she “assumes somebody will answer” the email, but she accepts NO personal responsibility to ensure that the accident risk is immediately resolved?  What a totally unprofessional response!

This is yet another example of why our community can not trust the judgment of the “unity party” cabal to sponsor truly qualified and trustworthy board candidates!

It is no wonder that SCA members can be heard saying “anybody but a unity party candidate!”
